Jungle Juleps were the most wonderfully refreshing juice drink ever. Guava, orange and more, with some extra Disney deliciousness that makes them impossible to replicate at home. SO yummy! They were sold at the old Sunkist, I Presume in Adventureland, which is now the Bengal BBQ. Oh, how I miss them!
I actually have the book Cooking With the Disney Chef's, and it has recipes from DL, WDW, various DL hotels, and DCL. I've tried a few of them, but I think they're probably designed more for cooking for 5000 people instead of 1 or 2, so none of them ever come out quite right (or I could just be a really lousy cook, which is very likely). The best one is the Cobb Salad from the Brown Derby at Disney Studios. That one actually comes out close to the same. I'm not sure when it came out originally, but I bought one as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine from the World of Disney at DL probably three years ago, so it was still available then.

No white chocolate chip cookie recipe here, but there are a LOT of recipes (mostly WDW) indexed at this site. Navigation is a little clunky, but I use my browser's Search function to find the listing for a desired recipe, then its off to the recipe forum to find the actual instructions.
I have the two volumes of Cooking with Mickey, a collection of recipes from the resorts, but alas, they're packed in storage. I am working however on a copycat Dole Whip recipe! (someone else's recipe, I'm just making it)
