    Good Morning Song

I was watching some of the monstrous all-nighter videos when I noticed that for rope drop, they used the Good Morning song from Singin' in the Rain, although with changed lyrics. I was just curious if anyone knew how that deal worked legally, as in do they use it and pay royalties, have they bought the rights, etc.

    Re: Good Morning Song

Performance royalties for music are usually paid as part of an overall deal that the company or performer has with BMI, ASCAP or other "PROs" (Performing Rights Organizations), which license the music and disburse the royalty payments to the writers, publishers, etc.

The morningly Magic Kingdom Welcome Show at WDW uses the Good Morning song from Singin' In the Rain. I wonder if it's the same recording...?
