Instead of doing anything extra that takes time, buying tickets at the Tropicana. Go to Tickets & Packages | Tickets & Reservations | Disneyland Resort and buy an E-ticket. You print them out, one for each person that needs one. They have on them a barcode that is scanned at the turnstyle. Then you are given a regular ticket to use for your visit. Same price and saves time.

Were here. Thanks everyone for the driving tips. We left Tracy at 1am and we are now seated getting breakfast at Denny's on ball st by our hotel. Will update with pics when I get a chance. We are the only ones in here.

You made great time, if you left at 1 and got in before 6 am! Have fun!

When you get into the Santa Clarita area, tune in to KNX 1070 for the traffic reports. Listen carefully for any mention of I-5 southbound reports. If it's ok, there may not be many problems. If there is a problem, the reports will let you know quickly. If someone can get an internet connection on a smart phone, get onto Sigalert-LA and that will give you a map of the freeway system. Any red means problems, yellow means some congestion and green means fairly clear driving conditions.

Yes, I cannot believe how fast we got here. 1 am left arrived and seated for breakfast at Denny at 545am. Has got to be the fastest I could have even imagined getting here. I went on quite a few rides already. It was really slow it seemed like this morning. My FP for RSR was for 930 am. I have left over passes I didn't even need to use it was so slow. I will include those in my trip report when I post from home. We child switched on tower, scream coaster, soaring and we got right back on again. We are taking a break now in the room. We have FP for grizzly water ride at 330 if we decide to use them. It was picking up as we were leaving though.
