    24 Hour Event Phototimeline

Hey, I had a blast at the 24 Hour event and hanging out with @Monorail Man for the evening was really cool. I arrived in the park early in the day, around 11 but had to leave. I return around 7 in the evening to really start my all-nighter.

When I re-entered the park I went and saw the Play Parade

Afterward I headed over to see the 7:50 Aladdin and shot some sunset photos of ToT

Then I tried to meet with Monorail Mans Group at 9 at FF&P, but they were no show. But the moon did show!

I finally realized after checking the MC event info that there was a phone number to call and find the group. I found the group and we had a blast in a 3/4 closed DCA. Around the Midnight Meet up they rolled out the Monsters Pop-up Photo-shoot. It really was not impressive. They brought out the head float from the Play Parade and had the Costumed Characters ready to take your picture. I noted that they could only move the float while the Play Parade Music was playing. Also they coved Mike with a drum. Also they were doing Resort wide time calls with Mike and Sully at Midnight and the Sully characters, even though he was on stage made no attempt to look like has talking. He kept on taking pictures. Oh, here is the drum.

We parked hopped at 3 and I shot some pictures of the castle as they were getting ready to shot ABC GMA.

After about an hour and a 1/2, so 4:45, we headed back to DCA to watch the sun raise over Carsland. After breakfast we ventured out at 5:40 to start heading to the gate.

At 5:50 we were at BVS and started to take pictures of all the almost empty park

nice pictures thanks for sharing. looks like the event was better planned this time. I wonder if that means we should plan on attending every other one. Now that they did it right they will try to cut costs next time. lol

    Re: 24 Hour Event Phototimeline

it does sound like it was planned better than the last 24hr event... i heard some not so pleasing things about that one. this looked like you had a great time! the pictures turned out awesome... even tho you have a valid ticket, there's a spooky forbidden-ness quality to the early morning pics... love it!

Because of Grad Nite, it forced DCA to empty out and around 3 DCA was dead and most of DL was too. Thanks, I throw more into the Daily Photo Thread.

Thanks if it was not for the clouds there would be better pictures but a few of the neon shots worked because of the clouds.
