Rainforest Cafe - Still Fun ?

we were last there 4 years ago and it was a fun, different place.

would you still recommend it for a return trip?

Me personally have always hated the food and the animatronics look like Disneyland left overs. So a no for me. This should have had a poll to even it out a bit.

It is always our "go to" place for breakfast. The food has always been good, the service always outstanding. I say go back and enjoy.

It still has a fun atmosphere and everything like that. It's always crowded so try to eat at off hours when it won't be quite as packed. To me, the food is too rich and not worth the price. It's one of those tourist gimmicks in my opinion.

I personally hate the Rainforest Cafe. It's overpriced and takes forever. The service is bad and the food is just as bad. I guess it's a fun atmosphere for kids if they aren't easily startled/frightened but I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone.
I am so sick of Frozen I can't even describe the feeling.

Same here, plus it's close to the monorail station.

When I was a kid, it was loads of fun. Now, I can care less about it.

I'm with the people who say they hate it because of bad food and bad service. However, if it isn't too crowded, it is still a nice place to walk through and enjoy the fish.

We always go there for breakfast. We have come to know the managers and the servers and have a good time. The grands love it and the fish are very relaxing!

I ate there recently. You go there because it's great fun, especially for kids. I don't think anybody goes there because they're looking for good food at a good price, but I had the Tuscan chicken and it was quite good.

    "Still" fun??

All kidding aside, Steakhouse 55 has a WAY better breakfast. Service at TRC is spotty at best and the food is, well, bland.
The t-shirts in the shop are good though.

i like the rainforest cafe. sure it's overpriced and mediocre food, but it's fun and silly. the pushing of their discount card gets a tad annoying, though.

I do not think it has changed. If you liked it 4 years ago you will like it now.
    Have fun!
