    Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue

Does anyone know what kind of BBQ sauce they use at Big Thunder Ranch BBQ? Hopefully it is a brand that can be purchased and not home made. Thanks for any help.

Interesting question! I have heard that Bush's Baked beans makes a special bean mixture for Disney. I wonder if that is the case with the BBQ sauce.

Is this the only home now for Billy Hill and the Hillbillies? Do I need to book reservations?

Billy Hill and the Hillbillies are not at the barbecue, they are in the festival arena behind the barbecue. Just walk right in and sit right down.

I don't know if the basic barbecue sauce is something we release. All of the meats and the beans are seasoned with on site prepared seasonings, so the basic barbecue sauce wouldn't provide the same flavour in any event. There are handouts available at the shack where you check in that have the recipes.

We found the recipe for the tasty Mint Juleps on the web, from Disneyland.... start with 5 lbs of sugar, how many cans of lemon and lime concentrates.... ;-) makes... how many servings? ;-)
I'm no barbecue-er.... I'd much rather have them do the work
