Disneyland Band On Board the Mark Twain 6/29/2013

They actually put this on the schedule on the Mobile Magic app, so I made sure I was there for it.

Nice! They should do this more often.

But why are they facing the front of the boat...? Wouldn't it make more sense to face the boat for the people on board? Or even be along one of the side rails so you could watch from the other side...

It would be great if they could have music on the Twain at night once again... Oh yeah, that logjam known as Fantasmic! is far to important.

I have another video from this last Saturday. It was taken from above, so the sound quality is a little better, but the view may not be as good. I had an older camcorder with me so the whole ride fit on one shot, but the video quality is not as good.

This "Every role a starring role" is a good Complement for Ron W's thread.

According to Art's interview, they do it once daily-- bearing in mind that the band isn't at the Park on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

They're also entertaining the crowd on shore. I would not at all be surprised if this wasn't the primary reason for them doing the gig to begin with, and the continuing entertainment for those on board for the rest of the ride being a nice secondary benefit.
Credibility is to be sought for. Credulity is not. Sadly the latter is our normal human state.
