I'm sure they could use the soundsational cast, and not show soundsational the week of that LTM promotion. They could also just not have full choreography for the parade the way they normally do. "Rainy Day" choreography could be used where CM's just go back and fourth, waving and interacting with guests. Anything is possible.

More performers are used for the Christmas Fantasy Parade than Soundsational. I really really can't see the full Christmas Fantasy Parade being used.

I'm sure Disney plans things like this in advance, not to mention they have dancers and such on call when they need them.

I will eat my hat if anything more than a couple of floats make an appearance. Theres too much to pull together for such a short period of time.

I remember seeing commercials for Christmas in July that department stores would do. I think it's a bit ridiculous seeing that the Christmas season for Disney is about 4 months away, but they'll do whatever they want.

This would be cool (no pun intended). I hope they have it while I am there from the 22nd-26th.

I am 100% behind this event. It'll be cool for everyone in the know. For vacationers, it might be a different story...

...thankfully I am not a vacationer.

I don't see anything on the LTM page, but the Disney Store site has a Christmas in July section up.

Hmmmm... Looks like LTM stands for Limited Time Marketing!

June 25th is called LEON Day, NOEL spelled backwards, and exactly 6 months before Christmas Day. That would have been the day to do something limited magical.

I'm not entirely certain they're not referring to simply starting to install the Christmas deco in July. It's been getting earlier every year.

If it's actually an event? Why stop there? Easter in October! St. Patrick's Day in September! Halloween in April! Next year we'll move to the Quarterly schedule - Christmas in December, March, June, AND September!
Credibility is to be sought for. Credulity is not. Sadly the latter is our normal human state.

You're right - the Wiki link goes to a page of info, I've had friends talk about this same "holiday" before and even throw parties.

    Where is the joke again?
