Question If Monstropolis happens, What will happen to Wreck-It Ralph

I don't know about Monstropolis at DCA. I mean, putting Laugh Floor and Monstropolis in both parks are bad idea. I like to Laugh Floor alone.

What will happen to Arcade Alley, a area of Wreck-It Ralph. I like to see a 4D Motion Simulator ride to replace Muppet-Vision 3D and Stage 17, a Sugar Rush version of Crush's Coaster to replace Monsters Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue, and a Sugar Rush themed Nighttime Party to replace Mad T. Party.

for those who said that Wreck-It Ralph doesn't fit in California. Wreck-It Ralph is an ANIMATED movie, it could fit in Hollywood. Because Hollywood Land needs a Area based n Animated film.

    Here's the poll to vote.

There is no place that Ralph fits into either park.

Your poll should have, "None of these should be in the parks," it would get the most votes.
The Mickey audience is not made up of people; it has no racial, national, political, religious or social differences or affiliations; the Mickey audience is made up of parts of people, of that deathless, precious, ageless, absolutely primitive remnant of something in every world-wracked human being which makes us play with children’s toys and laugh without self-consciousness at silly things, and sing in bathtubs, and dream and believe that our babies are uniquely beautiful. You know…the Mickey in us.

With all due respect, Monsters Inc/University are animated films as well, and Monstropolis will be a land based on an animated film.

Just being an animated film does not mean it fits into Hollywood. If that was he case, my kids have an animated Spidey DVD that would qualify him for a meet n greet.

    Agreed.

I think Wreck-It Ralph should be canned entirely when it comes to the parks. It just doesn't fit.

Nothing will happen to Wreck it Ralph. It does not fit anywhere in the Disneyland Resort.

Exactly. Not every popular franchise needs to be (and not every popular franchise should be) shoe-horned into the parks. An attraction should be conceived because it enhances its respective land or relative area, and in the case of Wreck-It Ralph, there's no location in the DLR where WIR would do any more than muddle and confuse the theme (particularly in Hollywood Land and Tomorrowland, which are already suffering from enough of an identity crisis--we don't need to add more flame to the fire).

The only way it would fit, imo, is in a third park with brand new areas and lands.

not sure what the animated part has to do with it, but by this logic, any movie could fit into hollywood land. the idea of the land is to capture the culture of hollywood as a town, not the works that it produces.

and if you want to get technical, wreck-it ralph was made at walt disney studios in burbank, not hollywood.
