I don't hate SEGA. SEGA was a part of my childhood, I love SEGA. I just don't want to see it in either park at the DLR or the potential third gate.

a thousand times no, this would make absolutely no sense for either party involved.

but speaking of video game theme parks, as a lot of people have suggested, a Nintendo Land has some serious appeal if you ask me. done by Nintendo themselves of course, not Disney. god knows i'm sure Nintendo isn't exactly in the perfect financial position to explore that idea at the moment but i must've plotted out the lands and attractions of such a park in my head countless times before.

I really like enchiladas, but I wouldn't want to see a third gate based on them.

There were DisneyQuest-type Sega Worlds in the 90's - they didn't last.

Maybe a hotel (like the Lego one at the Lego park). I don't see why companies haven't bought/built surrounding DL hotels and turned them into infomercials.

If - and this is a MASSIVE and extremely cynical "JUST this side of this will never happen and I'd probably be willing to actually stake my life on it" if - Disney opted to make a third gate based around video games, they'd likely stick with the games they already have under license.

Considering the intensive work and licensing process Disney's going through with EA, I would expect to be shaking hands with Commander Shepard on the bridge of the Normandy before I'd see "Disney's Crazy Taxi Ride". Not saying I want that *either*, mind you.

Sega's got a bad gaming track record in modern era games. Even the license you quote are nearly all 20-30 years old. I *LOVED* Crazy Taxi... on my Dreamcast and PS1. Since then Sega's become nearly synonymous with poorly developed licenses and strip-mined sequels. Sonic 1 & 2 were awesome - sadly of late the company's more closely aligned with "Alien: Colonial Marines" and the utter lack of quality contained therein.

Disney closes LucasArts, then opens a video game themed land within a 4rd gate park.

    Seems legit.
