Lightbulb Disney should team-up with SEGA for an Area at Disneyland's 3rd Park?

After Disney and SEGA announced a remake of Castle of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse, think it would cool that Disney to sign agreement with SEGA to bring Sonic the Hedgehog, Ulala, AiAi, Crazy Taxi, Billy Hatcher, and other SEGA characters to Disneyland Resort's Third Gate Park.

the SEGA Area is an area for all Guests, Sonic fans and Especially Gamers.

SEGA should become Disney Parks' Official Gaming.

SEGA, Marvel, Avatar and Star Wars might be in a concept Heroes and Adventures, The Third Park will be similar to Universal's Islands of Adventure.

In addition of SEGA Superstars Interactive show and Meet Sonic & SEGA All-Stars meet & greet. What attraction on SEGA characters do you want to see? A Clone of Manta (at SeaWorld San Diego), in theme with Crazy Taxi? A Drop Tower themed to Dr. Eggman perhaps?

Maybe, but I definitely would not like to see drop towers and Manta clones because then people may perceive the park being on the cheap like DCA 1.0

Why is the prefix of this thread "Rumor" when its founded on no sort of evidence besides the OP's imagination?

I would have to vote a big, big "no" for this.

It should be Nintendo. Sega stopped being cool when Dreamcast died and the Sonic franchise went down the crapper on other systems.

Nintendo would be a much better choice. Aside from it having more recognizable and variety-laden franchises, including Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Pokemon, Star Fox, Earthbound, Pikmin, F-Zero, Fire Emblem, Game & Watch, Ice Climbers, Duck Hunt, Kid Icarus, and...okay, well some of the latter ones aren't as recognizable, but still, Nintendo is more of a family-oriented and more expansive property to work with.

Although I know it will never happen and that I'm going to get major smack for this comment, I'd personally be thrilled to see a Mario Kart E-Ticket.

I feel the money that would be spent on SEGA stuff would be better spent on just keeping Disneyland and DCA maintained and working well.

I think they have enough third party licenses or buyouts now. If I had to choose though Nintendo would work in the Disney parks better than SEGA IMO.

No computer games in the Third Park please, especially from outside companies.

Re: Disney should team-up with SEGA for an Area at Disneyland's 3rd Park?

Nintendo and Sega have enough properties to make their own theme parks. Disney has enough properties--now, more than ever--to make their own third park. No need to mix the two.
