Possibly the Rarest Disneyland Hotel Photograph

Still in the process of confirming but, I just may have found a picture from inside the Little Gourmet Restaurant which was converted from an original Ranch House on the Hotel property. This facility was only open a little over four months until the Gourmet Restaurant opened on February 15, 1956. If the date written on the picture is correct, this is the rarest picture I have ever seen from the Disneyland Hotel's history. I had a grand total of zero pictures from inside this facility...keep in mind, I probably have close to 10,000 pictures in my collection. Thanks (again) to Kris Van Hook whose grandfather was the first banquet/catering manage and maitre' d at the Disneyland Hotel and also, one of the first employees hired there. Thank you so much Kris for sharing this wonderful find.

Here is an exterior picture of the facility, it's the building in the foreground, lower middle-center with the trees around it:

One of those trays looks like it may have deviled eggs or something similar.

When I look at the menus from the Disneyland Hotel restaurants from the 50's & 60's, I am amazed at many of the items listed....nothing like what are on our menus today.

From the looks of the pictures I got, ice sculptures were very popular at the Disneyland Hotel in the 50's

oh man those menus are fantastic!! thanks so much!

One more request: could you edit in an approximate date on a few of those? I would like to compare a few of those prices with an inflation calculator--I just can't wrap my head around paying that little for food at a Disneyland resort!! But something tells me that even adjusted it's going to come out to a better value than what they are charging these days!
