I thought so too, and this was pre- facebook / instagram, etc. so they weren't posting the photos anywhere. The weirdest one was a Japanese couple who stopped me right as I was walking onstage from the Inn Between. They didn't speak English very well, but the husband took a picture of me standing with his wife in front of the Corn Dog truck. I just chalked it up to a cultural thing that I didn't get. The other ones I could understand a little bit, especially since there were a lot of people who didn't know what a churro was and maybe wanted to show their friends. I figure I'm probably in a couple hundred family photo albums around the world.
I never worked at Disneyland, but I did work at the San Diego Zoo, and even there people would take pictures of the most random things, including us employees, I was asked more times then I can count, usually by people from other countries, not sure to this day why they would want a random picture of an employee....lol
