And maybe have his hatbox in the attic, just the box, lighting up to the beat of the wife's heart so that they wouldn't have to worry about the face not disappearing completely.
And not have 100 Hatbox Ghost movie references like Pirates. What do you guys think?

Nooooooo! I love that guy and his dog! They are the only "real" people there amongst all the ghosts, and their expressions are priceless!!

Negative. The HBG and the GH are not the same person. The GH is the one who hangs himself to "find a way out!". He is portrayed in the Corridor of Doors as a tall, gaunt, dapper figure with a severed noose around his neck in one of the paintings.

    HBG is his own man.
Peter Pan: "You know, your hair is on fire."
Me: "Yes. It happened after a recent trip to Neverland."
Peter Pan: "Well, you can dunk your head in the pond behind us, if you want."

    Neverland since 1996.

Exactly and that's something that Disney forgot when they made that Haunted Holidays page.

Remove the "rat effect" on Indiana Jones and replace it with something that actually works

I can understand why Winnie the Pooh is in the section it is in. Think about it. That section is very much a bear themed section. It used to be Country Bear Jamboree (which I still wish they had) there is the Hungry Bear restaurant and there is Splash Mountain with references to bears in it. Strangely enough, it fits nicely in there.

You know, there isn't a whole lot that can be improved at Disneyland with the rides, but they do something about Alice in Wonderland's ride where you are up at the top riding around in the sun for about 30 seconds. Always found that strange. That ride tells the story very well and is themed well and all of the sudden you are thrown into the sun out in the open and it just seems a little "off".

Its still a location clash. Critter Country is very much based on the southern states of the US, The Hundred Acre Wood is a real forest in Britain. By your logic, Jungle Book would fit Critter Country because it has Baloo.

The dark rides in Fantasyland have become too dark. The black light effects are failing on Pan, Snow, Toad, and Pinocchio. Things need to be cleaned or touched up in all those rides to the level of brightness that Roger Rabbit has. Big time.

I am definitely done with Haunted Mansion Holiday. I don't event go on it anymore from September through January. While It's a Small World Holiday is something I look forward to every year, Nightmare seems to have gotten old and boring.

Perhaps it's time to come up with a new overlay that isn't Nightmare themed, or just keep the original version year-round.

I'm really upset over the current state of Innoventions. There is, at least, 3 years left on the contract and almost every Tomorrowland rumor has the attraction on the chopping block. But that is no excuse for keeping the attraction running the way it is. In particular I don't like how guests have to climb the exit ramp to enter and then go hunting through all the dead exhibits to find the one exit door that's open. Also a couple of months ago I saw a bunch of storage boxes just stacked up in plain view in one of the dead Tom-Morrow exhibits.
Many Bothans died to bring you these fastpasses.
