Re: Favorite restaurant outside of the DL Resort

We love Millie's for breakfast. A lot of food for a reasonable price.

Mimi's has alwasy been a family fav, but our last time eating there (in Orlando mind you) was not great. We also like the CheeseCake Factory.

We've gone to Tony Roma's for years. It's close to the gate, the service is quick and good, and you get a lot of food (which I need to keep me going).

It was also more satisfying that swinging through the McDonald's.

Next time I visit I am planning on staying in the same hotel and going back to Millie's.
Added bonus: Millie's delivers room service to Carousel Inn, Anaheim Camelot Inn and Suites and Fairfield Inn.

Surprised at how many favorites are mega corporate chains.

    1) cajun crawfish - boiling crab. Multiple locations, we go to the santa ana one. Get the whole shebang. Better than any crawfish we have had in new orleans.

    2) Tsuhurashi - japanese bbq, kobe beef short ribs (We get the cheaper ones @ around $10/order, we each eat about 3-5 orders). By far one of the best restaurants Ive ever eaten at.

    3) sam woos (irvine) - they have the best peking duck in the area. Good value for lobster.

Like this place too. Good place to go for a late dinner after a long day in the park. Easy to get seated and a short walk. Breakfast 24/7. Instant win.
