    Re: disneyland food

I've made the fritters from Royal St. Veranda, the rice cream with strawberry sauce from Epcot(my family goes crazy over this), and the chocolate soufflés from Shula's Steakhouse in one of the Disney World hotels.

One of these days I want to make an attempt at the pommes frites sauce.

I really liked the new SHepherds' Pie Vegetarian thing at Flo's V8 Cafe. It was surprisingly awesome.

Finding or preparing the proper marinade/glaze is key. A teriyaki & wasabi marinade works great!
    Where is that? Sounds great!
I'm not a great cook... rather have someone else cook it ;-)

The Nebraska Corn Chowder at Storyteller's Cafe has long been a favorite of mine. I re-created it at home and added a few touches of my own, and now it is a dietary staple.

We make Oscars potatoes from Carnation Cafe often! They changed them last year, but we still make the original recipe at home. Oscar and I always talk about the resorts food offerings when we go. If you get the chance he is wonderful to spend some time with!

I've made the loaded baked potato soup from carnation cafe at home. It is fabulous and my husband requests it whenever he gets a hankering

No trip to Disneyland would be complete without the chance to chat with Oscar! even our daughter who was 18 at the time, had me take her picture with him, he has rock star status in our house!

I really like those chilli bread bowls that you can get over at the Pacific Wharf Cafe.

I've attempted to make them at home with a bread bowl and some chili, but it doesn't quite cut it.

Amnesia used to be my favourite word, but I forgot it.
