Fantasmic is taking up too much room. They could put a Princess meet & greet there.

This has been a Filmways presentation dahling.

Now come on, that's a terrible idea! Get rid of the most popular show (probably) in the history of Disneyland for a simple Princess Meet & Greet? That's not at all what Disney is about. There's no additional revenue in that. What would really be cool would be a bunch of new ODV carts and a couple of merchandise locations. THAT would be an efficient use of space that would help to maximize revenue. Now, some naysayers claim that fewer guests will come to the park which means a loss of revenue in the form of ticket sales, but those guests are likely AP's who never spend any money in the parks at all...

Credibility is to be sought for. Credulity is not. Sadly the latter is our normal human state.

BTW, all kidding aside, whoever is in charge of inventing emoticons needs to come out with some kind of sarcasm one, because there are definitely plenty of times when I will post something sarcastic that seems clear to me and people genuinely don't realize it. I generally use on a sarcastic post to try and make it clear, but it would be nice if they had something else, maybe a smilie face holding a sign that says something like "Warning: Sarcasm Ahead" or whatever.

Or just a designated sarcasm font.

Anyway, as for the topic, I don't think you can get rid of Fantasmic, because it is so popular, specifically in how many people stay in that area and are then off of rides. And I don't find the foot traffic to be that bad; if anything, DL does an amazing job of directing people through the area as efficiently as possible, given the circumstances. I think the show could use some updating, but I'm thinking more technological upgrades than show scenes. In particular, I find the water screens in WoC are a lot clearer than the ones in Fantasmic, so I'd like that brought over.

Naw, just update it a bit. Any major changes or a removal would be a PR nightmare for Disney
