    Is this an animal actor?

    Or one of DLR's residents?

    Neither really?

Grumpy's a pet whose owners posted pictures of him - he's got a permanently grumpy face, the internet was bored that day, *BAM* internet celebrity.
Credibility is to be sought for. Credulity is not. Sadly the latter is our normal human state.

Grumpy is a she. She's 1.5 years old and yes, I think it's a hip issue for the type of breed she is. Snoeshoe cats are well known for being mellow. Her legs are also shorter than you normally see for the breed, so maybe she's a "teacup" version - which can also cause joint issues.

Actually, Grumpy Cat (real name Tardar Sauce) is female. She lives in Arizona; her person's brother posted a photo on Reddit with a funny caption - the rest is Internet history. And she's very sweet.

She has feline dwarfism, which is the reason for the odd walk. She's really quite healthy.

    And I absolutely love her....

Great, just when I had hoped the Grumpy Cat phase would die off soon, Disney brings it back. I'm beyond sick of that cat. All the memes were NEVER funny.

I love Grumpy Cat, and pairing her up with Grumpy Dwarf is hilarious, but in some of these shots she looks scared (ears back, etc.). I worry that her owners are exploiting her too much.

She "may" have a hip issue but she also acts and walks a lot like our cat when we had to sedate him for travel.
