We were planning on going to the Parks today just to do some shopping and see Santa at DCA. But if we see something interesting from The View during our visit, that'll be a bonus.
They've pretty much had TV crews out in full force since Thursday for The View.

I know the taping is before park opening but is the stage set up and lighting etc going to be in front of the castle all day?

Upstairs in my home office working. Overheard my 83 year old mother downstairs telling my father, "I used to love that ride - The Jungle Cruise."

OMG - the memories just flooding in right now...

You have to work really hard to make the park seem annoying and not fun. Jenny McCarthy somehow managed to pull that off.

I was there this past weekend and yeah, the set up of the stage in front of the castle was a big BIG bummer on my visit. Plus the grotto was closed

I overheard somewhere that they were going to be done today. I don't know if that means taping was going to be completed or the stage would be taken down, I'm not so sure.

When I left at closing last night, the stage was being taken apart, but was still standing. It was a huge bummer for those of us who visit regularly, but it was so much worse for those who planned, skimped and saved all year, just to have the castle obstructed and blocked off for their whole trip. I listened to a lot of sad stories this week. The View should offer to comp some of those families another trip.

Glad I wasn't there I probably would get kicked out by making comments about the vaccine thing to her.
