    Disneyland at home for Christmas

Just curious how others incorporate Disneyland into their home based Christmas traditions, displays, etc. I know a lot of people go to the parks but what about at home? What do you do to bring Disney and Disneyland into your holiday?

For us, our family has ornaments from every year we have gone. Hopefully we can have our own dedicated tree at some point. We also have a red, green and gold Mickey jungle bell wreath.

Well for Christmas I do as you do and have ornaments that I enjoy seeing on the tree. I actually collect art work for every trip we do and I write the date we went in the corner of the piece before I get it framed.

For Halloween I have some figurines and a light box with the hitch hiking ghosts.

ETA - Around the corner from us well more like a few blocks down from us there is a home that does the Mickey shaped head in lights..it's so cool and this year they filled in the outline..one of my favorite things to see as I head off to work. This thing is pretty big too!

I had a stocking with Donald Duck on it for many years but haven't seen it lately.

Lots of Disney character ornaments, DL/WDW-centric ornaments, etc. A Christmas Sleeping Beauty Castle, Mickey shaped wreath, some Santa Mickey stuff.

But the thing I am most proud of is my complete Toontown Christmas village. It's very fun and unique....something different from all the Victorian/Charles Dickens style villages out there.

Not much actually. We have a few ornaments, some coffee cups and a Minnie and Mickey Christmas outfitted figures. We decided to keep Disney to a minimum and be eclectic for Christmas.

Just a few ornaments. My home is Disney-fied every day though.

Re: Disneyland at home for Christmas

One of my favorite Christmas decorations in my house is the Nutcracker that my parents bought years and years ago in Fantasyland. I think the shop was called Gepetto's and sold beautiful wood items from around the world. The nutcracker was made in West Germany and still has it's original Disneyland price tag. I think they bought it when I was about 4.
