Set your wayback machine. What rides would you ride

Let's have a little fun. You've been given a trip in a time machine. Pick the five rides you would ride.

I'll set my wayback machine to 1971 (I was 10). Here's my five:

Mine Train Through Natures Wonderland - I have great memories of this ride. Extra points if my Grandfather joins me.
Adventure Through Inner Space - Cheesy goodness
Carousel of Progress - I don't have many memories of the ride itself other than the song burned into my brain and the speed ramp to the second floor to see the EPCOT model. I was fascinated by the entire thing.
Skyway - It's a must ride so I can look down into the hollow Matterhorn and the perfect Tomorrowland.
Matterhorn - To ride the Swiss cheese mountain once again. Remember, it was hollow, no Yeti.

Extra points if I can take a video camera with me. What's your list?

    Set mine back to 1974.
    The year America Sings debuted,
I would've also like to ride Adventure Thru Inner Space.

If Mr. Peabody let me use his Wayback Machine, I'd ask him to set if for the summer of 1967, so I could see all of Tomorrowland 67, and ride the original POTC.

I'd do the late '70s or early '80s:

    PeopleMover
    Adventure Thru Inner Space
    Skyway
    Submarine Voyage
    Skull Rock
(not a ride, but I miss it anyway)

I would take a ride on that Limited Time Magic attraction.

I also wonder what it would of been like to ride the Stage Coach or Pack Mules.

I'd set the time machine 1968 when I went to the park as a 7 y/o. I'd ride the Skyway again and savor TL at its pinnacle.

Re: Set your wayback machine. What rides would you ride

Great question that requires a lot of thought. Let's see...

Even though I did go on Mine Train thru Nature's Wonderland, Adventure thru Inner Space, Carousel of Progress, PeopleMover, Skull Rock, Swiss Family Treehouse, the original Tom Sawyer Island and the original Submarine Voyage, it would be great to go on those again. Not just for nostalgia's sake - they were Disney-quality attractions, whether large or small, they had the Disney touch. So those are the ones I would really want to see again.

Although they were pretty good, I don't really miss the Flight to the Moon, America Sings, Country Bear Jamboree, Skyway, CircleVision 360, Rocket Jets, Motor Boat Cruise, Mike Fink Keel Boats, the pirate ship in Fantasyland or the old shooting galleries, and to see those again would be purely nostalgia. So those would not make the list.

I think Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean still retain enough of their original atmosphere and character that today's versions are fundamentally the same experience so I would not need to go back to their original versions, except to restore the dark caverns you go through in Pirates.

Ones I never went on include Rocket Rods, Flying Saucers, House of the Future, Passenger Train, Conestoga Wagon, Stagecoach, Pack Mules thru Nature's Wonderland, Junior Autopia, Midget Autopia, the Indian Village, or anything from the pre-1967 Tomorrowland - even though I was there in 1964, I don't recall anything from that version of Tomorrowland. So these attractions would make the list, just out of curiosity.

Hmmm... well I guess if I have to pick just one year and just 5 attractions, I would set the machine to 1961 and do 5 that I never went on, just for the sake of completeness and to know that I finally went on them:

    Pack Mules through Nature's Wonderland
    Flying Saucers
    Midget Autopia
    House of the Future
    Indian Village

All of them, because we lost some very kind animatronics when they disappeared. I was friends with all of them, because when the park closes the animatronics come to life. The rest were fun for us to ride too

Re: Set your wayback machine. What rides would you ride

That would be my next choice. Go back to the early 60's and hit up rides I was too young to remember. Pack Mules, Flight to the Moon, Midget Autopia, Stagecoach and the Hall of Chemistry. Just a walk around the park during that time would be an adventure.

I think we can all agree on Inner Space and the Peoplemover.
I would also love to ride all the original Fantasyland dark rides again, especially Alice.
I was also a huge fan of American Journeys, but not sure I could see that and original Alice on the same day in time...could I?

If I could, the Tardis would drop me off in the early 70s, where I could experience Mine Train Thru Nature's Wonderland, Adventure Thru Inner Space, People Mover, the mule ride, and pre-changes Pirates of the Carribean.
