Nobody knows. It is not official yet.

Thank you for delivering my point for me.

Dear Peoplemover Fans, If you want to see a new attraction that at least mimics the 1967 Peoplemover in a future Tomorrowland remodel, you need to write to the powers-that-be, and let them know. If you don't - Then the next time Tomorrowland is remodeled, you will see a land barren of any "Peoplemover" type attraction.

I don't want any association with whatever "point" you are attempting to make, believe me. Let's review what you advocate; you wrote:

    Then we can believe it.
So, what, exactly, are we to "slow down" from doing? What activity are we all engaged in that we should stop and "wait" for official news from Disney? Tell us.

Re: Editor's Note about TL and Soarin

I'm excited about the change for Soarin', which has potential to be even better than its current form and is going to look amazing in HD. I'd love to see both the original and new films shown in the two theaters.

I think the Astro Orbiter and space port moves are a good first step in changes that are eventually going to improve Tomorrowland. While they might not reach the heights of what we hope to see, it's bound to be a step forward. I hope they start rolling and are willing to actually invest in the parks as the year goes along. I need an excuse to visit in 2015!

I am not sold on the whole spaceport make-over, but I will give it the benefit of the doubt. Considering that more than half of TL has little or no connection to any futuristic vision at all (BLAB, Autopia, Finding Nemo, Innoventions), I am at least pleased that thought (even cursory) is once again being given to theme.

I hope the new TL will be more about mankind's future rather than stock futures. But we'll see.
I'm just thrilled to see a post from Swab.

^ It was the Uranus reference that sold you, wasn't it? Good to see YOU, pardner.

Kids of today ride in HUMMER strollers until they are nearly teens and their parents have to carry so much stuff they can't live without that a HUMMER sized stroller that is now a "necessity." These parents care only about their wants, and passing that along to their kids. By the time these kids are 30 they won't be able to stand without something to hold them up. You know - like an Ipad...

When I was their age we had a brick - and we liked it!

OH, and you under 30 kids who don't get that reference - look it up on your Iphone.
If hummers were more popular there'd be less strollers.

And I love rumors and speculation. I don't assume everything in the Star Magazine is true, but it's an interesting read either way.

Totally agree with you Stormy. Removal of the PM track that runs from the TL entrance to the Orbitron (or whatever that garbage pile that spins around with music is called) MIGHT be a mistake. It's "useless" now, but it does still look cool, like u are under a futuristic (in a Jetsons sense?!!) free way at least. Remove it, and you are simply entering a walkway between two buildings.

And I think a kinetic, gyroscopic motion sculpture traveling up and down that same stretch of track could be really cool, especially at night if it had moving lights or laser lights.

It's too bad they can't turn the whole PM track into an elevated pedestrian scenic walkway. Think of the wonderful photos people could take! Impossible, I know.

Of course what I'd really like is for the PM to be brought back. But I don't think I'd like to see just empty PM cars traveling the track. That would hurt my heart to see that and not be able to ride it.

I'd much rather see something new and scientific used for shading purposes. The entry under cold unmoving concrete just doesn't work. Here's my vote:
