POTC characters ?

Seeing that Disneyland had the White Witch character from Narnia for a photo op, I was wondering...
Have any of the Disney parks have or had any characters from "Curse of the Black Pearl" or the upcoming sequels walking around? Such as Jack Sparrow, Captain Barbossa or Elizabeth Swan? I know, it wouldn't be the same without Johnny in the costume but they could maybe find a person with a decent likeness of him.
