I agree as well. I definitely think it should not take up the footprint that it takes up now but it should definitely not be entirely removed either, also worth noting that its the final opening day Tomorrowland attraction remaining, more or less changed here and there.

If they add bigger, more comfortable cars, I would be happy with it. The queue also desperately needs an upgrade, with a better television and animations (if they even still show those).

They still show the preshow videos, even though Chevron is no longer the sponsor.

Yes, update update update! I believe anything that Walt had a hand in should remain in the parks. An update would keep the Walt legacy alive while keeping it relevant to todays time. Perhaps make the ride surroundings more futuristic in the vein of Test Track 2.0 (although being outside creates some challenges there)

I think an update would be in line. But to completely remove it? Not everything has to be appealing to adults for it to belong in Disneyland. A lot of people on this thread said that they loved it as a kid...and its purpose it aimed toward kids, not so much adults. I still think it's a fun ride.

Would it be more of a shame to remove Autopia, or to not remove it there were something that would be genuinely better, to replace it with? By better, I mean more fun for kids and adults, and better suited to the actual theme of TomorrowLand?

Actually, that's a good basis for a thread of its own. My wish is my command...

It never did it for me.
It's actually "Cars Land", not "Carsland".

2: In Carland the area some people talking about is small and be like race track That one think I hate WDW magic kingdom Autopia cars

I jut LOVE all that smell of gasoline whenever I am there. NOT! I remember when they upgraded it to the Chevron cars back in 2000. I like the Chevron cars but it needs to be updated to something like a hybrid but vintage looking cars would be great too.
I suffer from infantile thoughts of grandiosity

I like that idea, maybe just a revamp of the car types/models would be a good way to freshen up this ride!

I've only rode it a couple of times, and MY WORD it stinks. But I'd kinda miss it if it vanished. Not really sure why..

    But seriously, the stink.

    THE STINK.

I'm kind of unsure with this ride. Yes, I have many memories on it as a kid but it is way outdated and doesn't exactly fit the theme of Tomorrowland. Also the cars....ugh. The gas petals are almost impossible to push down now and the cars completely shut off and restart every 20 feet which is rather irritating and I feel like something like that should've been fixed by now. I guess I would be okay with them taking it out and adding new rides.
