Question What is the Captain America attraction like?

I'll be in the parks for about a day and a half this coming weekend, and am trying to figure out what to prioritize and what to skip. It looks like the Captain America meet and greet is up and running, and I'm wondering if that's all it is, or if there are props from the new film to see as well. I don't like meeting characters, but I want to stop by if they have things from the movie to check out.

    Thanks!

If you want to know, this will spoil it.

It's all in this thread linked below.

You're in luck. I happen to have video of it right here... starting at 10:17.

Be prepared to be in line for an hour or more. The Marvel meet and greets have been very popular lately. They are totally worth the wait though. If you have time you should check out the Thor one too. It's very impressive.

Awesome, thanks so much! Is the area open to walk through even when Captain America isn't there to meet? I'd imagine that would cut down on the wait line a bit if it's an option.

The exhibit is basically a show case of a few shields and a couple of readables, other that that, the main attraction would be the M&G. Not much of a walk through.

Good to know! I'll probably swing by in the evening to see things, but I won't worry about blocking out a big chunk of time to spend on it. Thanks!!

It's definitely worthwhile. It's a lot smaller than the Iron Man and Thor exhibits, and as the others have said, the only things to really look at are some shields, a timeline and comparison of Steve Rogers before and after his transformation to Captain America, and a uniform. The Captain America they have is spot-on with the character.

Also, IIRC, Thor and (I think) Captain America both close around 5. Keep that in mind, as far as I know neither M&G is available in the evenings, unless they've extended the hours.

Innovations open at 10 am.Line up about 15 minutes before that so your wait to see Cap will be a short one. The line will start at the rocket.

So the M&G closes at 5, but does the exhibit/walk through area stay open? In other words the character isn't there but you can still look at the exhibit, props, and shields. Or does the whole thing close down? I'm mostly interested in just seeing the exhibit and shields rather than the meet and greet.
