Piratelover, I'm guessing your fondness for this cat fits with your pirate-loving, bad boy thing.
Thanks for posting these and the earlier photos of him! (That can't be a she.)

I came across a 27 page thread of your Disneyland photos, DizneyPhotoGuy, and was astonished by all of the excellent pictures you've posted. I looked at every photo on that thread and especially loved night ones of DCA which showed its dreamlike lights. THANKS for sharing your photos! You're truly an outstanding artist.

    You're awesome! Thank you!

Found this cat outside of A Bug's Land on March 30th. He looked like the gate keeper to the land.

Thank you, Napamaninsocal! That's one of the best looking Disneyland cats ever!

I wonder if it calls itself Simba or Mufasa as it looks down from Pride Rock.
If you use binoculars, you'll sometimes see this cat looking down from the top of the Matterhorn.

Re: Please post photos of Disneyland's real cats

I have a couple of the same orange cat Pengy posted a couple pages back but I can't resize them for whatever reason. I'll play with it & see if I can't get it to work.

EDIT: I don't have the option to compress images, so I won't be able to share my pictures here.

This was posted by Clockworkmonkey in 2011:

Here's one of the cats of California Adventure who thought I was going to give it food last year. It's peeking at me through the fence between the Grand Californian and California Adventure:

Spotted this beauty near Snow White's Grotto getting a quick drink before she vanished again.

Re: Please post photos of Disneyland's real cats

When I go to the parks I always bring 2 things. Plastic zip-lock bags to put my cellphone and wallet in for water rides, and a small snack-bag of cat treats. I'm probably the only person who comes there with that in his pocket ( aside from that one guy on Harbor with the shopping cart and tinfoil hat ) but I always bring it in case I see a cat. Typically I do 90% of the time around Hungry Bear.

When I was at DL last Saturday I saw 3 different cats on the tram-ride back to the parking garage, just sitting in the grass by the green fence that separates the tram route from "backstage."

My favorite cat story was about 10 years ago on the Jungle Cruise. The skip had just cracked the joke about the Bengal Tiger weighing up to 500lbs and being able to jump up to 20 feet. Some of us saw motion in the foliage between us and the Indy line and we looked over to see a cat stalking it's way slowly up the hill. It turned to look at us. The skip said something to the effect of "And to your left you'll see Felus Domesticus, also weighing up to 500lbs and able to jump over 20 feet."

It was the biggest laugh I've ever seen from any group of guests on that attraction.

Yes - I used to assist a local cat rescue with trap/neuter/release in Anaheim and this is pretty much universal on how to identify a feral cat that's been s/n.
