    Yup, that looks a lot like the ice skating float in the Christmas Fantasy parade, which it probably is. I wonder if Anna and Elsa will be skating around the float or if the ice will be non-functional because of the summer heat.

    What ice? It looks the float will no longer have skating on it. Especially since the fencing has been removed.

    LOL, is the floor of the ice skating float not real ice? I've always wondered about that, actually. I'm too short so I've never gotten a clear view of it.

    It would be really nice if Queen Elsa could use some of her magic in this pre-parade. Maybe with some artificial snow. Like the stuff the park uses during Christmas time or the giant snow flakes they had in World of Color: Winter Dreams. I imagine some water effects might be utilized here too.

    No, it is like big slabs of teflon or something. Skates work on it, but it chews them up like crazy.
