The 6am video is like a European art film - poetic, absurd, melancholy yet strangely uplifting.

Disney really upped the entertainment in front of the castle this time around. Loudest party in front of the castle EVER. Now finally leaving the park. wake me up when the next 24 hour event happens. will post pics after I hibernate for a week.

Everyone left at 5am when that party ended. It was great walking around an empty park that last hour!

Thanks for the videos, OP. Wow! that does come across as EXTREMELY loud, in front of the castle (and I've been to several New Years Eve celebrations at that spot). Although the lighting looks similar to what they have done in the past.

I tuned into the various live cameras occasionally on the official DisneyBlog. Since the camera on Main Street was on top of the Train Station, you could barely see the castle, since it was washed out with all the special lighting. Its nice to see (and hear) your video from directly in front of the castle.

6am used to be my favorite time in the park when I worked as a CM. Our last break was at 6 am, then I knew I just had 2 more hours to go. It was cool walking around in a mostly empty park. Your 6 am video brought back many memories.

When did they change the closing time announcement? I like the one with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy.

Is that how they always close Disneyland now? I would hope not, the gooybye sppech on over the speakers with the disney characters was so great. Why would they replace that??
