    Mr. Potato head

I have heard that there is a place in DCA (i think) that sells potato heads and special parts only available at DLR.
Can anyone tell me a bit about it???

    Where is it?
    How much $$$?
how big is the box you fill?
Can you fill said box with only parts, no body,?
What type of special parts are there?

    TIA
    -Tinkerbelle

It is in the toy shop in DCA. I can't remember the price - I think it's around $12. For that price you can fill the box with what ever parts you want, you don't have to get a body. The parts are very cool. My favorites are the Autograph book and the Mickey Ice Cream bar.

I haven't bought one yet, but they are very cool.

I think it costs $18 for the box, which is about 1.5 times the size of a potato head. You can fill up the box for that price with as much as you'd like, as long as you can still close the lid. If you want the potato, then put a potato in the box. If you just want spare parts, then fill 'er up with parts. Or, if you're greedy, fill up the potato with parts, and then fill the rest of the box up with as many parts as you can cram. It's really not a bad deal.

So I guess if you already have a potato head, you can just fill it up with spare parts? I hadn't thought of that. Does anyone know if they have Buzz lightyear accessories? My son is obsessed.

You beat me to it! Personally I think the Toy Story Build a Bear costumes are cute. I wonder if it would fit on my Mickey Mouse plush? It's so tempting but I don't need more plush.

As for the the Potato Head I have always thought that looks so cool. Thanks for the hints about stuffing the parts in there.

You can also ask CMs to help you pack your parts if you are getting a potato body ... you will be amazed at their packing skills ... I swear the CM that helped me went to a special "cram the potato box" school ... my box did not closes all the way and the CM did not mind at check-out.
