I was perusing Yesterland over lunch and I stopped on the article about Millionaire - Play It! I noted that next month marks the 10th anniversary of its closure. I remembered the days of the Carousel Theater being closed before Innoventions came along. It always seemed like that space was closed forever, but it only ended up being 10 years in between. Now the Millionaire space is going to be closed even longer than that.
That got me thinking about putting together a list of attractions (and restaurants) that have closed and not had their space repurposed (with length of time closed). For example, Maliboomer wouldn't count, because all evidence of it has been removed. I'll start it, but I know I'm going to have holes, so chime in with any suggestions.

Some of my dates are probably off, correct me if I'm wrong.
