Katie and I Sunk a Ride!!!!!

A week has passed since the incident, and now the
truth can be made public!!!

Katie and I were in the Bathroom in Monsters Inc,
just as Randall made his appearance and disappearance,
our vehicle stopped, and for the 1st time EVER,
I got to walk off a ride!!! We were able to walk through
the rest of the attraction, to make sure that no one
lagged behind, touched anything, or took pictures.

Well, two out of three aint bad!

This happened to my family and I on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad when it broke down inside one of the caverns. The train was spointing upward at what seemed like about a 45 degree angle. It took awhil for management to assist folks off the ride. At that point, we all followed the tracks back out toward the queue. Then, we received backstage passes and were first in line for rides the rest of the day. Yay!

On my second trip to Disneyland in 1988 I had to walk off Mr Toad. We had to walk through the hot area. Man, was it hot in there.

I walked off of Journey Into Your Imagination w/ Figment at Epcot. Oh yay.

That's sooo cool, Years ago I got to walk off Splash MT. , that was definatly a top 10 favorite disney moment of mine.

Back in 1989 my mom, myself, and my girlfriend at the time got to walk off of WDW's POTC. while I hated getting stuck it was kind of cool ending up behind the scenes and seeing how things worked. My family and I also got to walk off of Test Track in 1999. That one sucked. We got stuck right where the corrosion test is and the stupid sprayers kept spraying the whole time. It was 15 min till they got to us. Man did that bite we were soaked by the time they got to us.

My ex-wife and I walked off Splash Mountain about 10 years ago but it wasn't very exciting. We were still very near the beginning so we just walked back about 15 feet. After about 10 minutes, we all back in our logs and proceeded.

I walked off POTC...after 45 minutes of listening to that blasted song. i was NOT happy,,,nor did I find it cool. We did get a pass for the front of the line...that was ok, but I would have rather had my 45 min. that i spent in torture back...LOL

I got to walk off Splash on my last visit. It was my first walk-off. It was funny because everyone else who was being evacuated was all grumbly and I was so excited. I wish I'd had my camera! I could've snuck some pictures.
