A lot of foods like the Monte Cristo and churros(why not get one at Costco for like 2 bucks less? :p) are overrated. Dole whips are not. PINEAPPLES ARE THE FRUIT OF THE GODS.
I doubt there are a lot of people who would go out of their way to defend their opinion that they are over rated. So I'm guessing everyone who loves Pineapple and DOLEWHIPS are gonna come rushing to DW's defence.
So we'll just ferrett out who likes pineapple. What a thrilling thread this will be.
Now anybody ever bring anything into the park to spice up a drink (your own recipes)? Like take one frozen lemonade and one shot of Citron. Or one dole whip and a shot of tequila. That would be an interesting topic. LOL.
(Not that I've ever done anything like that, but I remember being a college kid and going with peeps who did.)
Dolwships are not over rated... they are good... (gets one every so often at WDW.. wishes could get one from DL with real pinapple chunks and eat/drink it in the Tiki room)
I can't say that Dole Whips are overrated. Nope, I believe they deserve their reputation.
How dare you even think of such a thing, we worship the Dole Whips. Where's BPF when you need her? lol However, I will say that the Pineapple Juice in WDW is of better quality, and the Pineapple Floats at Disneyland are def. not my fav. lol Plus, we can charge them in WDW and get free sprinkles. :)

say wha?! do i hear hatred toward the wonder that is dole whip? dole whip is one of the most scrumptious edibles on this earth! you can't quite beat eating a deliciously tangy and cool dole whip while watching the birds sing words and the flowers croon; enjoying the padded seats and air conditioning as sanctuary from the heat and crazyness that can be crowds. so, um, i think dole whips are winning this battle. they are not overrated-just overpriced. :))
