Any ideas on how Disney will change the pirate captain from a pirate into a skeleton as you pass by? How would this work of the HM bride? Is it done with mirrors or just lights lighting up parts of the AA character?

Easy: pixie dust.
I'm going with:
the outside of the piate will be scrim and there will be somewhat of a hollow core with a skeleton like figure inside
just my guess

Wait... now I understand the question; Pirate into skeleton!
Simple!
Ingredients:
1 Pirate
Water to cover
Large crock pot
Place Pirate into crock pot and cover with water. Simmer until flesh falls off bones. Place bones into large over on low heat or outdoors in full sun until dry. Assemble with appropriate wire, epoxy, or hinges if movement is desired.
Viola!
Well... that's how we'd do it at a museum.... !
It's the same lame answer everyone who hasn't a clue how it's really done gives...
It's a HOLOGRAM!

The "/" symbol indicates it's an end tag. So I guess woxel1 is just saying that that's the end of this thread. Just a guess by me though.
Yes, is the humor of the internets completely lost on Miceagers?
you mean Mice Chatters!![]()
they could use reverse projection (like Madame Leota) where a video image is "played" from inside the figure. This would give them the chance to show a lot of the "transformation," and if the figure was placed in an appropriate corner, it might look mysterious and ominous instead of fake and cheezy.
