I think I-5 comes pretty close.

But seriously, as far as theme parks, in my opinion, nothing comes close to Disney.

Well not technically, but what do you feel is the most popular after Disney?

The only park that I would begin to compare would be Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen.

I don't think there is any single park that has the same unified feel to it that a Disney park has. I was just talking to someone about Disney here, saying that it is the one place that you can feel completely safe and unaware of the outside world. While it is just a 'theme park' in reality, it does feel as though you have been transported to another world, the very feeling you should have when visiting any themed area.

I went to a couple in the US - Knotts, Universal (California) and Star Trek: The Experience in Vegas - but all of them paled in comparison to Disney. Each had individual strengths, but none of them provided an overall level of satisfaction that Disney did.

There is certainly nothing here in Australia. We have Luna Parks in most capital cities, although they are pretty much standard carnival affairs with the Wild Mouse as the centrepiece. However, on the Gold Coast (north-east coast of Australia), there is a string of theme parks. Warner Bros Movie World would probably be closest to Universal; Seaworld is just what it sounds like. Only Dream World has more of a general theme park feel to it (with a Wiggles World; a Screamworld; Nick Central etc), but even that doesn't have the cohesive qualities of a Disney park.

So that was a long-winded way of saying "Nothing in my experience".

I've barely even heard of these Paramount parks. I know there is one in Santa Clara over in Northern California. I looked over the site today, it's pretty cool because they have attractions based on shows and rides based on Survivor, Top Gun, Face/Off, School of Rock, Star Search, Crocodile Dundee, The Itallian Job, Star Trek, Tomb Raider, Mission Impossible, Nickelodeon, Hanna-Barbara, etc. It's kinda like the Universal Studios parks.

Bucsh Gardens Williamsburg is a pretty amazing park. The landscaping is breathtaking, with a natural river that runs down the middle of the park, with hills, intimate paths, and European theming that rivals Epcot World Showcase. Not to mention a great balance of family rides, thrill rides, shops, and shows. Just spectacular.

Islands of Adventure is a close second. Not as lush in landscaping, but quite thorough in theming, with some daring and original concepts that Disney would probably never do.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?

IMHO, no one park can give the same overall experience of a Disney park (note: my experience so far has been the WDW parks, haven't made it to the others yet). Here are some that came close in my experience:

    Cleanliness, Friendliness:
Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Santa Claus, IN.
    http://www.holidayworld.com/

    Night Time Ambience, and History:
    Kennywood Park, Pittsburgh, PA
    http://www.kennywood.com/
My first day visiting Kennywood, around 8pm, just before the Voice of Kennywood announced the park was closing. I could swear it was the 1950's. The music, the lights, the classic rides just sucked me in.

As for the rest, nothing comes close to Disney.

The closest in theming I could come up with was Canada's Wonderland, shortly after it opened. But even that pales in comparison to Disney theming standards.

I voted for Sea World, for I felt that it kept to what it did best, instead of creating 'cookie cutter' rides. It maintained it's overall theme of the ocean and the lessons around it (usually, trust me, mistakes are made).

I don't think anything comes quite close to Disney.

But I am going to renew my season pass to White Water this summer! Whooopee!

I was going to suggest the Matterhorn, Bavaria, the Grand Canyon, Missouri, India, the Caribbean, or the carousel in Griffith Park, but I didn't see any of those on the list
