Blue Bayou open during POTC rehab?

Is it going to be open during POTC rehab?

Dh and I have thought of going, but werent sure if it would
be open or not.

It Closed on Monday, and will remain closed.

The next day it should be open to park guests is Sunday, June 25th.

Won't that cramp the crowds with foods even more? Boo! Bad idea! I call bad idea! Although there probably is no real way to do both at once..... le sigh.
