    Cool Photos from 03-10-06

I took a few photos when I went to the park on Friday. I only stayed for two hours, I rode Buzz, HM, and watched Block Party. It was too cold to stay, I left with friends to see The Hills Have Eyes instead.

They now have signs where you board the tram.

Apparently he's cool now, notice the shades?

It threatened to rain the whole time I was there.

This is now outside the entrance to Pirates. A CM is also out there to answer questions.

It was nice to finally ride this one again.

They've got Easter toys for sale already.

Unfortunately my camera's batteries died here, I wanted to take pics of my friends in the show. Oh well, next Friday expect a huge BPB pic post.

Yeah those trees are lovely, if I make it to the park tomorrow I'll try to get some more shots of them.

Funny thing is I didn't even try to take a good picture of the castle, I was just randomly snapping a shot as I was walking down Main Street lol.

I also went Friday and thought the trees were beautiful. Here is one of my better shots I took that day.

In a way, I disagree...I think the clouds behind give the picture a bit of a surreal effect...setting off the colors of the castle and trees all the more. Just my humble opinion.

Thanks for sharing the pics, Eagle!

First off, thanks for the pics! I miss that place so much....

Secondly, did you go see 'the Hills Have Eyes' at Downtown Disney?

    Just thought I'd ask.

    Great pics.

Really enjoying all these photos on this site, as most of them are unique perspectives on the park. In fact, ALL of them are because they are through the eyes of every individual that walks through the gates.

I like the simplicity of the 'Dead Men Tell NEW Tales' sign. The use of the prisoners and the dogs instantly recalls the best moments of the ride, as well as the scene in the first film that was in turn a nod to the ride.

Great pictures. I also agree that many pictures taken of The Castle or the Matterhorn have much more depth if there is a cloudy sky behind them. Also the color in the photos is much better as the sun isn't washing things out. I love cloudy day pics.

No it wasn't playing there. I drove to the Spectrum.
