the pirate with the dirty foot(but it was cleaner recently) and the pirate in the mud with the pigs. i used to like the big lady chasing the pirates, she made me laugh, but they changed her chest to not bounce as much, isnt as funny anymore. and the doggie rules!
Tom Morrow at Innoventions seems the most amazing to me. I also liked Sparky (remember him?).
But my favorite is the soon to be redressed and renamed Pirate Captain.
In terms of technology (as a AA), I agree that Tom Morrow is one of the
best around. He leaves almost all the other AAs in the dust. (Yes, even
our 16th President). I've heard that the WDW EE's Yeti is awesome, and
probably beats Tom Morrow.
In terms of AA based characters, I love: Big Al, all the birds in the Tiki Room,
the Captain, President Lincoln, Indy (last scene), Evil Queen (upstairs above
Snow White), the paddle boat scene in Splash (which are really from America
Sings), Stitch AA in WDW TL (although the show is weak; of course, my kids
C3PO. Why him? Because he is actually the real C3PO. Same thing with Statler and Waldorf. They aren't reproductions of real people. They are actually the real Statler and Waldorf, as real as anything you see on tv.

While the Matterhorn yeti is a given, on POTC while not my favorite AA, the pirate on the ramp pushing the treasure creepily looks like a relative of mine, and I always have a good laugh.
Tom Morrow is pretty cool, kind of looks like Timekeeper. Buzz Lightyear is just advanced, just the projected face is kind of weird. Could you imagine the screams of horror if kids saw his face and the projection failed?
Roz on DCA, was funny.
The hippos on Jungle Cruise, oh my precious hippos, and people shoot them!
