The BB is closed for Refurbishment, thats why we are looking for the sandwitch else where. As far as cooking it, no way, I will be on vacation I want to buy one thanks anyways

They weren't offered yet when we were there two weeks ago.

Well, outside the parks you can get a pretty good Monte Cristo at Bennigan's.

I'm just sayin'.

Yeah, if only we still had any Bennigan's out here. I don't believe there are anymore in Orange County. I have to go to San Diego for a Bennigan's fix.

BTW, has anyone called Guest Services and asked about the Monte Cristo?

We did the Fantasmic Dessert Buffet last Saturday night. For a nice splurge I felt it was worth it for my husband and I. The service was outstanding and the desserts were great. We had a selection of cheesecake, chocolate cake, Beignets with strawberry sauce, mini-desserts including some great selections. You could go up and get more after everyone had gone through the first time. The cast members constantly kept refilling coffee, soda and hot chocolate. It was great to see Fantasmic from a different vantage point while not being crowded in and having a chair to relax in.

We would have been allowed to stay and watch the fireworks but unfortunately they were cancelled Saturday night.

Bottom line would we do it again? definitely yes.

I asked at the little soup place under the Gallery in NOS about the Monte Cristo and was told it was not sold during the refurbishment of BB. I'd have to wait. ::sigh::

Honestly the best Monte Cristo around DL is actually right outside its front door. Well actually its across the street at Mimi's Cafe. Awesome breakfast and you get good portions. We try to eat breakfast there when we can. But their monte cristo is as good as BB. But of course you cant beat the scenery at BB.
