What ODV ought to be selling

I'm sure everyone has that snacky item that you wish ODV sold, what is it?

For my part, I think we got the short end of the ODV stick - in Disneyland Paris, you can get crepes and gauffres from ODV.

WTF is a gauffre, you may ask? Well, for those who remember when Petite Patisserie in NOS was open, remember the "waffle on a stick" item? Where you could get all sorts of stuff on it (chocolate, etc). Well, in a nutshell, that was it.

Crepes are very easy and take very little room to prepare (I recall a crepe kiosk on the Rue Cler in Paris that was no larger than the Fantasyland film booth).

Anyway, since there is already an established SOP for those two items to be ODV, it seems the easiest thing in the world to bring those to DL.

Maybe we need an international ODV exchange - bring Churros to Paris!

OOOOOO a crepe cart in NOS how cool would that be! Butter/cinnamon, chocolate, Nutello, you name it. YUM! I like that idea!

In the summer flavored snow cones would be a nice addition, not exotic but, sure would make the the Wolfette happy!

I think there should be way less ODV carst around...I hate those carts...I like the popcorn carts...although I rarely buy the popcorn, but there are to many carts around...I wish there were more places to sit and eat....so less people would be walking and eating and clogging walkways....but thats just me....I do buy the occasional soda from a cart, but that is rare as well....

IMHO, items that cost less! WHo wants to pay $3 for a soda or popcorn and $4 for lemonade? It's even worse at the movie theaters after you pay a whopping $12 to see a film that may or may not be worth seeing!

I vote for fewer ODV moveable carts. There are a few ODV locations that are stationary. Good, and handy. But those moveable things, well they just get in the way.

Seems to me I remember crepes in the France pavillion in Epcot. Am I wrong? That does sound good and easy to add!

I'm also for the shaved ice idea, but it has to be good kaki gori syrup and lots of it! None of this "Okay, half a pump of some sugary water for you, and a half a pump of sugary water for you.." stuff.

Of course, I also think hurricanes and pina coladas should be available too!

Hey try shoving those ODV carts down the hill behind City Hall and controlling them while you try to make it up the hill! Usually the drink carts are the only one's that are moveable.

Amen to that. I don't mind paying a lot for food in the park if there's something special about it. But if it's not high quality, I don't get it. Doesn't fit with their committment to excellence in other areas.

Two quick thoughts:
1) the ODVs would be less objectionable if they were themed to the area they are in.
2) they should feature more inventive hand-held foods. I like the idea mentioned of waffles on a stick with your choice of dips/toppings.
A good example of both principles can be found all over.......wait for it......Tokyo DisneySea. mmmmm, huge meat-filled gyoza.
