Disneyland Television Adertisment - In Australia!

I was just watching 7 News and in the advertisment break I just saw an advertisment for Disneyland (It's the first Official one - Travel Agents do their own 'Go To Disneyland for $3000' all the time). It was the 'Walking On Sunshine' advert, including CGI Mickey, Donald and Goofy on Monsters, INC.

So it seems that Disneyland are trying to increase their Worldwide reach. I'll try and get a video from some contacts of mine.

I vaguely remember seeing this ad (or at least catching the end of it), as well as advertisments on the sides of Sydney buses for Disneyland's 50th Anniversary, the first of any promotion I've seen for the park this side of the world that wasn't sponsored by travel agents.

(remembers how much fun Disneyland was . . . )

Here in the States we get ads for Australia on tv all the time, and we wish we could go there. I live 20 min from DL. Id rather be 20 min from Sydney. Silly how where ever we are we tend to want to be someplace else.

Ah yes we constantly get the gorgeous blue water comercials. I am jealous of you Auzzies, your country is beautiful!!!!! I have a mate in NZ who has never even been to Sydney before. Is that common? How much does it cost you guys to fly to LA, just wondering.

$1500 dollars return ecomony, QANTAS Monopoly Tax included. I dream of one day when that trip is one way and I find myself in the offices of WDI, but that's a long way off.

CBD is Central Buisness Distict, aka Downtown. (I might even show you around my Suburb.)
