    (Discovery Bay) The real reason

    what was the real reason why they never built discovery bay/land? in rivers of america in disneyland?

    When Euro-Disney opened to smaller than expected crowds and low hotel occupancy, plans at all parks were scaled back.... Can't get the desired Return on Investment, you don't make the investment.
