The City Council is supposed to approve the plans this Tuesday. And, they'd better. They've no reason not to. They need to maximize the value of that land, and they need more Hotels. And, the city doesn't have a major shopping mall.

Poor Garden Grove !

Anyway, ground-breaking could begin as early as May, with Phase 1 opening in 2007.
