FYI: most of the food at the balcony is baked/made at the DLH pastry kitchen (the only place on property that has a full and proper pastry/cake kitchen). The little things, like the lemon bars, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. are made in the Club 33 kitchen!

Yeah, you can sit at the bar, table or hightop and it overlooks the "wharf" and enjoy your favorite beverage of choice. And yes Whatever, I travel to DL all the time from AZ.

Isn't the Disney Gallery above POTC? (more or less)

I usually go there first thing that day to get reservations. My wife and I usually split a Monte Cristo sandwich and a Mint Julep on our yearly trip. I'm not sure if asking for a table next to the water actually helps your chances of getting one, but I do anyway.

If it is not a holiday or anything usually same day is fine if you get there early in the morning. I like to call them and make the reservation the day or so before at 714-781-DINE.

If you call them and ask, they will generally tell you how busy and therefore how long in advance you need to make reservations.
