I had the WONDERFUL oppertunity to go to Club 33 this past summer. I got a Cloth Bag like the ones they have at Trader Joe's as a souviner. It cost me $18.50 for a $3.00 bag. Well.... I washed it... BIG mistake. The navy straps bled all over my other clothes, and onto the white part of the bag. It sucked a big one.
I took the bag to the Town Hall, as I didn't want to bug the people at Club 33... Maybe I should have bugged them. They called Club 33 for me and basically were told, too bad, so sad, no refunds or exchanges. So, the Disney employee basically relayed that message. I was disapointed, as obviously, after one washing on cold, this should not happen. I went out to customer service. I spoke with the manager there. She said they have NO control over Club 33, and that there was NOTHING I could do.
This just bites, and is totally NOT a good reputation for Club 33, but I don't think they care. What happened to good customer service?
