it might take place after the story...think about it......the fish tank fish are there...ans it seems they all know each other really well....so who knows....it might be a new story.....but yet better than a sequal

"Too cute"? You have got to be kidding me. Have you even looked at Disneyland? Wake up and smell the diapers. Disneyland wasn't created for adults, it was created for families, or, everyone.

Seriously, and it should be like this. I look at it kinda like the Indiana Jones ride.
This ride is not going to retell the movie, and I'm glad. That's what's gonna make it more than just a Fantasyland ride.
Hopefully the subs can continue the story of these fish and replace any future inklings of a "Finding Nemo 2: Return of Darla!"
I thought it looked familiar....but it definitely is the concept art of the "Big musical finale" at the end of the Nemo Ride at the Living Seas

That picture has a porthole border around it though. I'm not familiar with the seacabs, but I don't think they had portholes. Anybody want to back me up/correct me on this?
I'm pretty sure they did...I remember as a child sticking my head into my own window and resting my chin against the cold metal bordering it.

i still don't see how the animated world of nemo is going to fit in with the more "realistic" underwater scenery..
Pineapplewhipaddict, I think they were talking about EPCOT's Seacabs. Not Submarine Voyage.
I think the whole "it follows the movie/ it follows after the movie" is one of the things confusing people and thus making unfair judgements about this attraction before it's even open.
Personally, I'm glad this attraction is coming. I think it is supposed to be after the movie, not following it. I think Al or someone did a whole report on what the story of the attraction would be, but no one seems to remember it...

The concept cartton art looks pretty cool...but it doesn't give us an impression of how it is to work in with the sub ride.

Don't ask me why, but the buoy with the seagulls excites me the most.
It is just one of those little details that makes me appreciate the amount of work that goes into designing one of these attractions.
My 2008 trip can't come fast enough...
