I work for a county. You folks do much better and more detailed work.

And mykidsmom - questions like yours, no matter how real the concern, when made public only serve to let the terrorists know they have already succeded.

    Haha, paranoid much?

No, we're just a bunch of Disneyland freaks. That's the only thing scary about us.

I highly doubt the information we exchange gives help to any terrorists.

There's no terrorist threat while Jack Bauer and Chuck Norris are around.

Terrorist could get jobs at one of the many Disneyland job fairs. But then what terrorist would want to work for $8.20 an hour?

I did not mean to imply any of you were terrorists, I was simply making an observation. And yes, 911 will never be behind us. I am reminded of it every day. I think it's sad how many people have forgotten and simply prefer to pretend it never happened. I don't dwell on it, but I'm not oblivious to it, either. While I love the Disneyland boards, I also am a news junkie. Sorry for asking anyways.

It wasn't me. I don't even want to know all that backstage/behind-the-scenes stuff. It spoils it for me. As far as I'm concerned, Disneyland just magically opens, and that's that.

You know I was just thinking about your post. Don't you think by posting something like your question would play into the mind of a sick person or a terriorist per se. Now this could always give a sicko an idea now, now that it is out in the open, when they might have never thought about it in the first place. Something else to think about.

    MyKidsmom,

I hope you know that Iwas teasing and hope you don't have hard feelings. This crowd has a strange sense of humor sometimes.

Now having said that, does anybody know how much TNT one would need to blow up DCA? Also can somebody PM me the schedule of security shift changes?

.....and this is why we need the Patriot Act.

You know that these posts aren't private. Your email address is not private. The computer that you are working from isn't private either. Under the Patriot Act, the Feds have the right to keep you under surveillence for any reason, or no reason.

And threads like this make me very glad of that. Frankly, I think the Patriot Act doesn't go far enough!

And you think this is a good thing?

Probably just cheaper to rent a bulldozer and plow it through the check point.

I think it goes rather too far in regards to the amount of loopholes the government can use with the act. But that's for a whole different discussion for another thread, I think...

But, just writing about terrorism on this message board can irk somebody in the FBI...and you're also letting the "bad guys" win by expressing such a fear that it is taking time out of your life...do you plan on walking through the drawbridge of Sleeping Beauty Castle thinking, "Oh no, I could blow up right now!" Fact is, anyone can die at any time, whenever you drive a car, when you walk on the street, anything...but you have to live your life.
