Skyway Question

after Skyway closed (nov 10, 1994) how long did it take for the cables and poles to be removed? Everywhere I read it says "overnight" but can anyone be specific?

When WDW removed their Skyway (Nov '99) the poles were still there in August 2000.

If I recall correctly(and I rarely do that ) the cables were down right away but the poles were left up for quite some time(several months or more).

We went to Disneyland in April 95. The matterhorn was closed so they could fill in the holes, but the poles from the Skyway were still up.
