It was $20 for me last Jan. I didn't file a police report either since I lost it.
Disney just gave me another and said that if I found the other one, it wouldn't work anyway. So... yea. I think TicToc got his replaced and found his old one also. Maybe he'd be able to shed some light on the subject.
I had mine lost at one point, and after being incredibly nice to the CM's (I felt sooooo lame!) they replaced mine free of charge, even though they did mention a $20 fee. Later I heard from a friend that the general rule of thumb is one complimentary replacement of a lost pass per term, then $20 charge thereafter. Sounds totally fair to me.
