Has anyone tried some of the tapas or seminars/demonstrations at D.C.A., and, if so, do you have any recommendations?

Short review here - longer review should be up ... sometime. We enjoyed all the new food, but my only criticism is that the dishes were a bit too expensive, even for Disney standards. I think most of the dishes should have been about $1 less, considering the portion sizes. Everything tasted really good though, and we all agreed that we'd love for most of the dishes to be added somewhere at the resort. Favorites of the day - lobster quesadilla, knockwurst and halibut. (We waxed nostalgic about how it would be great to be able to order these things at Soap Opera Bistro...)
We didn't do any of the paid stuff, and we never managed to make it to any of the free seminars. We did pick up some event merchandise - the logo is really pretty, and the merch isn't too unreasonably priced. We also picked up a couple bottles of wine.
I was there sunday, the crowds were very light, even considering it is DCA and the 2fer is over. The food was really good but the portions should be bigger or bring down the prices. The merchandise was way too expensive but it was fun.
