Let the Girl have her day with Mickey - it's a really big and entirely transparent Disney PR stunt, and I bet you those passes won't work at Tokyo and Hong Kong (and Probably Paris too). Anyway, having those passes will only lead to the family spending the money on other things, so Disney get's the money anway.

The only real problem I have with it was that it wasnt me!

    So there you have them

    6 Girls
    1 Baby on the way!

I sure feel sorry for ANY OTHER kids they add to their family.
Imagine, EVERYONE in the family has an 11 park Lifetime Pass
    EXCEPT for them!
Disney's press release stated that the baby on the way will also recieve a lifetime pass. Lucky kid!

Again, the Disney press release included the Tokyo and Paris parks. They most certainly notified OLC (the actual owner of the Tokyo parks) or they wouldn't be able to state lifetime entry to the Tokyo parks. That said, the chances of the family actually going to Tokyo are probably pretty much nill.

    Re: One billion served

If this family was pulled out of line by Disney PR before buying their tickets, how does Disney know they were going to spend the day at Disneyland? They could have been planning to spend the day at DCA!

Ok, its not likely but it could happen.

Um... the Springs isn't in "middle of nowhere" Colorado. Try some of those tinyt eastern plains towns for that one.

And Lilypad, it's not tiny either. Its estimated population in 2003 was 370,448, according to the census bureau.

But... congrats to her and her family.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
